REFUND POLICY

If you are unsatisfied or want to cancel your order for any reason, please mail back the product for a full refund (less shipping/handling costs) up to 90 days from original purchase date.  We highly recommend that the product be shipped in a traceable fashion, such as UPS or FedEx Ground.  Please contact customer service at 1-866-563-7156 to obtain the returns address.  Upon receipt of the product, a credit will be applied to the credit card used or a check issued if paid by cash/check.

Bookstores return policy differs and must seek permission to return books.  Please contact customer service at 1-866-563-7156 for details.

Libraries

We welcome orders from public libraries, public school libraries, and public university libraries in the form of a valid purchase order. The purchase order may be faxed to (936) 271-4560 or mailed to LMC Source. We do not require credit references. Please refer to the discount schedule for applicable quantity discounts. Our terms are NET 30. We ship the least expensive way available unless you specify otherwise on the purchase order.

All purchases are returnable for full refund, less shipping and handling costs. The product must be returned in resaleable condition (unless merchandise is damaged upon receipt.)
